Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. brown gravy mix
    mini carrots
    potatoes, cut into chunks
    celery, cut into chunks
    shredded roast beef
    onions, cut into chunks
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake roast beef; shred into pieces.
    Using the broth from the roast, dump into it the carrots, celery, meat, onions and potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
    When vegetables are tender, add the gravy mixes.
    You may need to add water to broth if there is not enough to cover vegetables.
    Let simmer until desired thickness.
