Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. golden raisins
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 c. water
1 c. chopped onion or less
1 c. chopped, cored, pared baking apple (1 medium)
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Simmer cranberries, sugar, raisins, spice and water in 2-quart saucepan (uncovered) over medium heat, stirring frequently until juice is released from cranberries, about 15 minutes.
Reduce heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer uncovered until thick, about 15 minutes.
Refrigerate covered, up to 2 weeks.
