Mama'S Beef Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large beef roast (frozen)
4 to 5 potatoes, cut in 1/4-inch chunks
1 to 2 lb. carrots, cut in half
1 large onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place frozen roast on bottom of roasting pan or extra large pot (larger than Dutch oven).
Then add vegetables all around roast and on top.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Then cover with lid or extra heavy duty foil and cook in oven at 500\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
Then reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and cook all night.
If oven cooks fast, you may want to reduce heat to 200\u00b0.
