Family Salisbury Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs (seasoned)
    2 Tbsp. ketchup or salsa
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce or 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 cans Heinz brown gravy
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients like any meat loaf.
    (Substitute ingredients as you wish, but try and keep it on the spicy side). Shape into burger patties and brown well on both sides in large skillet.
    Drain excess fat.
    Cover patties with Heinz brown canned gravy.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
