Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 stick margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Place broccoli and margarine in bowl in microwave for 1 minute.
    Beat eggs; stir in cottage cheese.
    Stir in broccoli and margarine; mix well.
    Add corn muffin mix; mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 12-inch greased pan.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0, or until brown.
