Hot Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot or mild Italian sausage
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can chili beans (do not drain)
1 can pork and beans (do not drain)
1 can lima beans, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can yellow beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1 can tomato soup
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce (optional)
Preparation

Saute sausage, onion and celery.
Drain off grease.
Add pork and beans and chili beans.
Add drained green beans, yellow beans, kidney beans and lima beans.
Mix mustard, brown sugar and tomato soup.
Add to bean mixture and mix well.
Put in a large casserole or roaster.
Spread the tomato sauce on top of the bean mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour.
