Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    5 large eggs
    2 to 3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Soften crackers in 2 cups milk and hold aside.
    Add eggs, one at a time, to creamed mix and beat well.
    Then add vanilla, coconut, pecans and baking powder and mix well.
    Pour in greased baking pan.
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 1 hour, using tube or layer cake pans.
    Ice cake with mixture of 1 pound confectioners sugar, 1/2 pound butter and small drained can of crushed pineapple.
