Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread
1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and chopped
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Tear up bread into small pieces and place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spoon cooked sausage over bread.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Beat remaining ingredients and pour over mixture. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
The cheese will rise to the top during baking.
