Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger together three times.
Beat eggs until thick, adding sugar gradually as you beat.
Whip in the pumpkin, then melted butter.
Beat in the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the nuts.
Pour into 2 buttered and floured pans.
Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
