Hot Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. chipped beef
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In saucepan, melt butter and saute small pieces of chipped beef.
Add flour and mix well, then add onion and white pepper. Stir in milk as mixture thickens.
Add sour cream.
Serve hot with crackers.
