Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 garlic clove
1 lb. sirloin steak, cubed
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 large green pepper, sliced thin
2 c. rice
Preparation

Place cubed steak in skillet.
Simmer in suet until fairly tender.
Add garlic clove for 1/2 hour; remove.
Add onion and cook until thin.
Add bouillon broth as well, then add the tomatoes and pepper.
Continue simmering until tomatoes and peppers are thin and meat is tender.
Add cornstarch to desired thickness.
Add soy sauce to taste.
Serve over cooked rice or Chinese noodles.
