Vegetarian Collard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 batch greens
    1 onion
    4 garlic cloves
    garlic olive oil
    salt and pepper
    water
Preparation
    Cut greens and onions. Heat 1 cup water and a good amount of garlic olive oil with fresh garlic. Add cut greens and onions. Add water as it steams out. Cook for about 1 hour (until moist). Add seasonings for flavor.
