Boursin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter or margarine (light or regular)
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (fresh preferred)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. each: oregano, basil, thyme and marjoram
Preparation

Bring cream cheese and butter (or margarine) to room temperature.
Add herbs and spices; whip until light.
Pack into container; chill in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
Serve with crackers.
