Strawberry Rhubarb Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. strawberries, hulled and sliced
    1 lb. rhubarb, trimmed and cut into chunks
    1 1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. orange sections
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, heat fruit and juice to boiling. Simmer about 10 minutes; remove from heat.
    Add sugar; cool.
    In covered blender at low speed, blend soup half at a time.
    Pour into a bowl; add orange sections.
    Refrigerate covered.
    Serve in a chilled bowl; garnish with strawberry slices.
