Mexican Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow rice (saffron)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Mexicorn
    1 can ro-tel
    8 oz. cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice; mix with soup, corn, ro-tel. Put in casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0F. until cheese browns.
