Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
    48 bite-size chewy caramels in milk chocolate (Rolos)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 oz. chocolate almond bark
Preparation
    Beat together butter or margarine, sugars and vanilla until combined.
    Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
    Stir together flour, cocoa and baking soda.
    Add to butter mixture and beat on low speed until just combined.
    Stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
    Cover and chill dough 1 hour.
