Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. finely shredded carrots
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease 8 muffin cups or line with paper bake cups. Set aside.
