Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. butter flavoring
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Drain the sweet potatoes and mash.
Add eggs, granulated sugar, flavoring and butter.
Mix well.
Pour into baking dish. Mix flour, brown sugar, margarine and nuts separately.
Spread over the top of sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
