Danish Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend sugar and oil; add eggs.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Then add vanilla, nuts and dates.
Pour into buttered pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0.
When brown, remove from stove and while still hot, cover with the icing.
