Rhineland Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. diced bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
6 c. cooked potatoes
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped pimento (optional)
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook bacon, onion and green pepper until bacon is crisp. Drain and add to remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
