Soy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. molasses
    several dashes of pepper
    2 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients; boil gently, uncovered, 5 minutes, until reduced to 1/2 cup.
    Chill to store; stir before using.
    This sauce has 120 mil. of sodium per teaspoon.
