Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 c. dark molasses
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix molasses, sugar, water, vinegar and butter.
    Cook over medium heat in cast iron skillet until it cracks in cold water. Add soda and stir for a minute.
    Pour mixture over popped corn and allow to stand until cool.
    In palm of hands (with butter on them) press together into balls.
