Apple Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can pie apples, sliced
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in large mixing bowl.
Stir in sugar.
Beat eggs slightly; blend in oil and vanilla.
Pour into dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in apples and pecans.
Turn into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until cake is golden brown and springs back when touched lightly.
