Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 c. broken tortilla chips
    1/2 c. onion soup
    4 oz. can diced green chiles
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix meat with 1/2 can tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Set remaining sauce aside.
    Shape meat into loaf and place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Pour reserved tomato sauce over meat loaf and bake 5 minutes more.
    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
    Makes 6 servings.
