Ingredients

1 sq. chocolate
2/3 c. condensed milk
2/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Melt chocolate over boiling water.
Add milk; stir 5 minutes, or until thickened.
Add water; mix well.
Pour into freezing tray.
Freeze until ice crystals form around side of pan.
Add vanilla and whipped cream until thick enough to hold a soft peak. Fold into chilled mixture and freeze.
When half frozen, scrape from sides and bottom of tray.
Beat until smooth, but not melted. Freeze until firm.
