Enchilada Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oil
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
5 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Heat oil and brown flour.
To the 2 c. water add the chili powder and disolve.
Add the mixture to the browned flour and mix well.
Add seasonings and blend.
Bring it to a bubb boil, stirring frequently.
Simmer covered for 5 min.
Evaporated milk can be added to soften flavor.
