Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 small lemon jello
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
juice of 1 lemon or 1 capful bottled lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can Carnation milk, chilled
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix the boiling water and jello well.
Cream the sugar and cream cheese.
Add to the jello mixture with the lemon juice.
Add the vanilla and mix well.
Whip the chilled Carnation milk and fold into other mixture.
Pour into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle remaining crust over top.
Chill until ready to serve.
