Upside-Down Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly the butter, sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Add enough milk to make a batter; beat 1 minute. Pour into a buttered casserole. Make topping by using pineapple mixed with remaining sugar. Bring to a boil. Pour over batter. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Makes 6 servings.
