Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Add dry ingredients and chill dough.
    Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts.
    Roll balls in mixture of 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 teaspoons sugar.
    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until very light brown.
    Cool slightly before removing to cooling rack.
