South Of The Border Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 bunch green onion tops or 1/2 medium size onion
    1 large green bell pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    garlic salt to taste
    1 large can hominy
    1 can chili
    1 can mushroom soup (cream of)
    grated cheese to taste
    2 c. crushed Fritos
Preparation
    Chop onion and pepper and saute in margarine.
    Add beef and cook until done.
    While cooking beef, separate with a fork. Combine all other ingredients.
    Layer cheese and Fritos on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
