Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
1 qt. milk
3 eggs
1 large can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon
1 (16 oz.) pkg. bread crumbs
1/2 c. canola oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. celery salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sesame seed (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with a fork until thoroughly blended.
(I put this back into the bread crumb container and refrigerate until needed.)
