Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chickens, boiled
4 stalks celery
4 c. chopped onions
12 cans bean sprouts
4 Tbsp. sorghum
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Take chicken and remove bones.
Take chicken and soy sauce in skillet and brown.
Put celery and onion in large pot.
Cook until tender, then add chicken.
Cook until flavors are cooked in then add cornstarch and sorghum.
Put bean sprouts last and cook four minutes.
Add chicken broth to pot.
Add chow mein noodles on top.
