Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baking hen
    2 large pans cornbread
    1 large white onion, chopped
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    6 boiled eggs, chopped
    3 or 4 raw eggs
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook hen; cool and debone.
    Add oleo, soup, onion and celery to broth and simmer until tender.
    Crumble cornbread.
    Put half of the broth over the bread.
    Add raw eggs and mix well.
    Add rest of broth, chicken and chopped eggs.
    Season with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until firm and light brown.
