Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded, raw carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
Preparation
    Boil
    zucchini and onion for 5 minutes.
    Mix sour cream and soup.
    Fold in vegetables.\tMix butter with stuffing mix. In
    a 3 quart casserole, spread half of the vegetable mixture. Add stuffing
    mixture.\tTop
    stuffing layer with last half of vegetables.
    Top
    with
    cheese.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for
    25 to 30 minutes.
