Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    6 c. water
    6 bananas, crushed fine
    1 large can frozen orange juice
    1 (45 oz.) can pineapple juice
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 large can fruit cocktail (optional)
Preparation
    Bring sugar and water to a boil for 3 minutes.
    Cool and add frozen orange juice and juice of 2 lemons, pineapple juice and bananas.
    Freeze.
    When ready to serve, add 4 quarts of ginger ale.
