"Dessert Nachos" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 graham crackers or 50 to 60 vanilla wafers
    3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) thawed Cool Whip (nondairy whipped topping)
    1 c. chopped strawberries
    1 c. chopped kiwi fruit
    strawberry, butterscotch or caramel topping
    1 c. sliced bananas
Preparation
    Break graham crackers in half.
    Mark a diagonal line on each half with knife; break apart to form triangles.
    Place 1/2 of the triangles in a single layer on a serving plate.
    Spread evenly with 1/2 of the whipped topping, then top with 1/2 of the fruit. Drizzle with strawberry, butterscotch or caramel topping.
    Repeat layers and serve immediately.
    Makes 6 (2 ounce) servings. Preparation time: 15 minutes.
