Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 eggs, boiled
    10 lb. potatoes
    1 jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 sm. onion, finely chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Boil in salted water until tender and drain.
    In large bowl mix eggs, mayonnaise and salt.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Add onions and mix.
