Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, undrained
2/3 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled (1/4 lb.)
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Put pineapple in a casserole dish; mix together sugar and flour.
Sprinkle over pineapple.
Next, sprinkle grated cheese and then sprinkle Ritz crackers on top.
Melt margarine and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Use a 13 x 9-inch pan.
