Quick Turkey Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cut up cooked turkey
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tiny whole potatoes, diced
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in margarine in large saucepan until tender.
    Remove from heat; blend in flour.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly.
    Slowly stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in turkey, corn, potatoes, peas, pimento and pepper; heat through.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
