Kona Inn Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 well beaten eggs
    6 very ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar together.
    Add eggs, bananas and walnuts.
    Sift
    flour,
    salt
    and soda 3 times.
    Blend wet and dry ingredients
    together.
    Do not overmix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50
    minutes in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before turning out of pans.
