Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    3/4 lb. sausage
    1 small Cheez Whiz
    1 small mild Mexican Cheez Whiz
    puff pastry sheets (frozen)
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion and bell pepper in a little oil.
    Brown sausage.
    Add sauteed mixture to sausage.
    Add both kinds of Cheez Whiz to the sausage mixture and cook until well mixed.
    Let stand until it cools to room temperature.
    Put some flour on counter and roll out pastry sheet.
    Spread the mixture all the way to the sides of the dough.
    Start rolling, then pinch the ends closed.
    Bake according to the directions on the bread package.
