Oriental Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. cilantro leaves and stems, chopped
    1 lb. cubed meat (chicken, beef, lamb or pork)
Preparation
    Mash garlic in small glass or stainless steel bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Taste and add more sugar or soy sauce, depending on taste preference.
    (A sweeter marinade goes well with pork and a saltier marinade goes well with chicken.) Toss with cubed meat.
    Marinate 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
