Hard Times Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. green noodles
    1 bunch fresh spinach
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 carton low-fat sour cream
    1 c. red wine
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 large can tomato sauce
    Italian herbs
Preparation
    Boil the noodles and spinach together. Remove from the heat and mix in a bowl with the wine, tomato sauce and herbs.
    Put in a casserole and add the sour cream. Mix in the Italian herbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve with a green salad and bread sticks or rolls.
