Green Bean Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup grated Longhorn cheese
    1 pkg. frozen or a 16 oz. can of French style green beans
    Paprika
    Slivered almonds
    Parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup fried onion rings
Preparation
    Make a white sauce with the first five ingredients.
    When thick, add cheese and melt.
    Stir in green beans and pour into buttered 1 quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, almonds and paprika.
    Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Put onion rings on top during last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking time.
