Lobster Bluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen cod fillets
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar (can use wine vinegar)
    melted butter
Preparation
    Place fillets in a saucepan.
    Cover with water; add the salt. Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Cover again with cold water.
    Add the vinegar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Serve with melted butter.
