Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, soaked in milk
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1 onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly; shape into balls.
    Roll in flour and brown in small amount of oil in electric skillet.
    Place meat balls in kettle and add one 46-ounce can tomato or V-8 juice.
    Simmer until sauce thickens.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
    Use sauce as gravy.
