Kona Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar, then add eggs.
Stir in bananas. Add flour and mix well.
Pour in 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
