Make-Ahead Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
4 slices bread, toasted and crumbled
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Crumble sausage in a medium skillet; cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
Drain well.
Spread bread crumbs in a buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish; top with sausage and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; beat well and pour over cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
