Lorenz Family Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 cut-up chickens
    1 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    2 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 stick butter, margarine or reduced-fat margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except the chicken, in saucepan and bring to soft boil.
    Dunk chicken and place on outdoor grill. Continue to dunk chicken every time you turn it (approximately every 10 minutes).
    Grill over medium for about 1 hour.
