Meal In A Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can peas, drained (or frozen; uncooked)
4 medium size potatoes, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, sliced
4 to 5 carrots, sliced
Preparation

Butter casserole dish and arrange vegetables in order given. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix undiluted soup with the uncooked ground beef in a separate bowl.
Spread the meat mixture over the top of the vegetables in the casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
When half done, cover the casserole dish with foil.
